Service and monthly billing

Feedback checks and response drafting follow the schedule above. Coverage is monitoring and response support only. Review requests are not included. Public posting and reply options depend on the platform.

EUR 49/month plus applicable VAT. Setup included. Renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel future renewals in your customer account before the next billing date. Unused allowances do not roll over. SMS sending, postage, platform subscriptions and third-party tool licences are not included. Extra work needs your agreement first. This is a remotely delivered service; nothing is shipped.
